1. Scope of the Digital Prototype

This website serves as a front-end functional prototype for the proposed Bauchi State Small and Medium Enterprise Council. All demonstration metrics, member lists, programme dates, and reference codes generated on this website are illustrative and do not constitute formal legal warranties, statutory certificates, or commercial commitments by the Bauchi State Government.

2. Business Enumeration Demonstrations

Completing the business registration wizard generates a demonstration reference code (e.g., SMEC-DEMO-2026-XXXX). This reference does not substitute for statutory registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) or official tax registration with the Bauchi State Internal Revenue Service (BIRS).

3. External Links
